Direct Hire Services.

 When our client needs to hire right away, we offer direct hire services. In this case, our client has contracted us to recruit and source a qualified individual to be immediately hired on to thier company.  

Temp to hire Services.

 In addition, we offer temp-to-hire services. With temp-to-hire, our client contracts us to recruit and source an individual for consideration to be hired. This consideration period is generally for 90 days and allows you and the employer to make a decision regarding long-term employment. During this period the individual is paid weekly by KeyFit and will be offered 50% employer paid health benefits. After 90 days of evaluation, you will earn Paid Holidays and start accuring PTO.   

Temporary Assignments.

Temporary assignments have become a construction industry standard for many large contractors working on some of the most lucrative jobs across America. Many professional tradespeople have chosen to work for a contingent workforce provider on temporary assignments for the following reasons:
