Many direct hire opportunities come with a hiring bonus. Please ask what hiring bonus program the hiring contractor is participating in. 

When our client needs to hire right away, we offer direct hire services. In this case, our client has contracted us to recruit and source a qualified individual for immediate hire. 

 In addition, we offer temp-to-hire services. With temp-to-hire, our client contracts us to recruit and source an individual for consideration to be hired. This consideration period is generally for 90 days and allows you and the employer to make a decision regarding long-term employment. During this period the individual is paid weekly by KeyFit and will be offered 50% employer paid health benefits. After 90 days of evaluation, you will earn Paid Holidays and start accuring PTO.
